College Transfer Guides

Western International University (WIU) accepts transfer credits from nationally and regionally accredited post secondary institutions for courses recommended by their issuing institutions as transferable (degree applicable) to undergraduate and graduate programs. The University has formed articulation agreements with a number of institutions to assure maximum transfer credits for students who complete a prequalifying associate degree.

Enrollment Counselors are available to guide students in a preliminary evaluation of their unofficial transcripts. A formal evaluation is completed when a student’s application and official transcripts are received by WIU.  During the formal evaluation, official transcripts are reviewed to determine the number of credits that apply toward the student’s degree.

WIU provides course transfer guides for select institutions (see links below) to assist students in determining WIU equivalencies for their transfer credits.
