WIU Students - WIU Official Transcript

Current/previous students and alumni, please click on the above link for information about requesting your official WIU academic transcript.

Please note that transferability of credit is at the discretion of the receiving institution. It is the student's responsibility to confirm whether or not WIU credits will be accepted by another institution.

New/Re-entry Students - Application Transcript Request Form

Western International University (WIU) will request your official academic transcripts for you as part of the admissions process. After completing your Application for Admission to WIU, use the form linked above to request that your official transcripts from other institutions you have attended be sent to WIU for admissions evaluation.

Exception: Use the links found below for GED, Arizona State University (ASU), CLEP, DANTES, and military transcripts.

  1. Please complete one Transcript Request Form for each institution previously attended.

    • If you are applying for a bachelor degree program, complete one form for each regionally and nationally accredited college or university previously attended.

      Note: Students who hold an associate degree or certificate from a community college or technical
      school should click here to learn more about block transfer credit articulation agreements.

    • If you are a master degree candidate, complete one form for the institution from which you received your bachelor degree, each institution where you have taken prerequisite courses, and any institution you have attended since the completion of your bachelor degree.

  2. Photo ID Required for Some Institutions - Certain institutions require a copy of the student's photo ID before releasing official transcripts. If you have attended one of the institutions on this list, please fax a copy of your photo ID along with your completed Transcript Request Form.

  3. Fax the completed form(s) to your Enrollment Counselor.

  2. If applicable, fax the following completed forms to your Enrollment Counselor.

  3. If applicable, mail the following completed forms directly to CLEP and DANTES for processing, along with the appropriate fee. CLEP and DANTES will not allow WIU to request these transcripts.

  4. Military Transcripts - Veterans and current military servicemembers should also include a copy of your DD-214, DD-295, AARTS, or SMART transcripts to be reviewed for credit. For information about requesting your military transcript, click here.
