Welcome to the Western International University Office of Veterans Services. We are here to assist you in applying for benefits that may be available to you or your dependents. Once you have submitted your formal application to WIU, you may apply for VA benefits. We will help you complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all VA guidelines are met so you receive proper entitlement. Since VA benefits are paid directly to you, tuition is not deferred unless you select another financial option.

Formal application for admission to the University should be completed before applying for Veterans Educational Assistance.  Each WIU program, course and location requires separate Arizona Department of Veteran's Services approval for the training of veterans.

The WIU Request for Certification Form must be completed and forwarded to the WIU VA Department before the courses can be certified for benefits.
